We love this movement and want everyone to know what Regen Ag is and how they can help! We are so excited to elevate other farms like ours working hard to do their best for their communities, customers, and the world.”

Lauren: “When I was in my 20s I started encountering severe health issues and went from normal human to disabled in a matter of a few months. I spent years after in and out of doctors with no answers. Eventually this lead to me thy food is medicine path. What I ate and nutrition became essential to my health.

Real food became the core of my healing more than any health plan. The more I learned about regenerative agriculture, the more I saw the solution to the planets health problems and human health problems. This is where my passion began to share the regenerative movement and its millions of benefits with others.
